What if I need help or support?

GOBOHost.com provides support options with every product or service. Depending on your package, there a several support levels. All support starts by opening a ticket that explains your issues and puts it in our system. If you have an account with us and would like to open a support ticket please click here. In addition to our support system, many questions can be answered though the client knowledge base. We are also in the process of providing video tutorials for the most commonly used features and functions.

I’ve just purchased a service from GOBOHost.com, what now?

We’re excited to start working with you! You should have received a welcome email explaining the next step and where to start. If you did not receive this, please open a support ticket with us or email admin@gobohost.com

I want to cancel my services.

Before deciding to cancel please be sure to talk with us. We certainly don’t want to see you leave, but more importantly we want to make sure you understand how this is going to impact the ability for your visitors to find you. We are happy to assist you in moving your services to a different provider if this is what you desire. Once your ready to cancel, you can visit the Billing Center to find this option. Login to the Billing Center and click on “Services” then “My Services”. Next locate the service you wish to terminate and and click on “View Details”. Next click on “Management Actions” then “Request Cancellation”.
